1 Tabouli The traditional favourite, a mix of cucumber, tomato, onion, parsley, crushed wheat, and chickpeas, dressed with olive oil and lemon.
2 Mediterranean Garden   Cucumber, tomatoe, green onion, parsley,
olive oil and lemon juice.
3 Sweet Mustard   Crisp Lettuce and walnuts dressed with a tart honey mustard dressing.
